Ingredients
- 130 gm Grass Fed Butter
- 120 gm Mozeralla Cheese
- 120 gm Parmigiano Regiano Cheese
- 250 ml Thickened Cream
- 225 gm Cream Cheese
- 5 tsp Nutmeg
Instructions
- Grate the mozerella and parmigiano regiano cheeses and add to a saucepan
- Add butter cut into chunks, thickened cream and cream cheese
- Heat over medium heat, stirring till all melted and combined well
- Stir through nutmeg and remove from heat
- Serve and enjoy
