Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 125ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 75 gm Diced Ham
- 25 gm Tasty Cheese
- 2 chopped Spring Onions
- 85 gm Baby Spinach
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 deg C
- Whisk eggs and almond milk in a bowl.
- Stir in tasty cheese
- Finely chop the baby spinach then add to the egg mixture along with ham, spring onions and salt & pepper to taste
- Pour into oven proof dish, place in oven and cook for 30 mins or till firm
- Serve and enjoy
