Easy and fast dinner idea which when combined with a few veggies will keep the whole family happy.
Can prepare the night before, have ready in the cooking tray and place in oven while doing homework with the kids

Cooking Time: 10 mins + 15 mins
Ingredients
- 4 x 100gm Capsicum (bell peppers)
- 350 gm Free Range Veal
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 30 gm Tasty Cheese
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 deg C
- In a frypan, cook the veal, ensuring it is broken into smaller pieces while cooking
- Cut the tops off the capsicum and scape out the seeds, and place in a cooking dish
- When mince cooked, fill the capsicum cavities
- Sprinkle with tasty cheese and bake for 15 mins or till cooked
- Remove from oven, and enjoy
