Quick and easy dessert which when you add a little pouring cream (or melted butter) over the top with some sugar free maple syrup, it is similar to a fluffy pancake.
Great little snack when in front of the TV

Ingredients.
- 1 large Egg
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 2 tbsp Brown Flaxseed Meal
- 1 tbsp Whey Protein Isolate
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- Pinch Salt
- 1 tbsp pouring Cream
- 1 tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup
Method
- Place coconut oil in ramekin or bowl and microwave for 1 min to melt.
- Once melted add flaxseed meal, whey protein isolate, baking powder, vanilla essence, salt and egg and mix until smooth.
- Place back into microwave and cook on high for 90 seconds.
- Remove from microwave, pour cream over top , and then maple syrup.
- Enjoy
