Delicious slow cooked boneless lamb shanks (can be done with frenched lamb shanks as well).
Love preparing in the morning before work, then getting home with the spicy aroma filling the house and knowing dinner is ready

Ingredients

- 1 kg Boneless Lamb Shanks
- 150 gm Chobani Greek Yoghurt
- 1 tsp Ground Turmeric
- 1 tsp Sweet Paprika
- 2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 Cinnamon Quill
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 80 mls bone broth
Preparation
- Lightly brown lamb shanks in hot pan in batches so as heat is retained in pan, then transfer to slow cooker.
- Quickly fry the tumeric, paprika and cumin in pan till aromatic, then deglaze pan with bone broth, before pouring over lamb in slow cooker.
- Add cinnamon and yoghurt to slow cooker and stir well.
- Set on low and cook for 8 hrs.
- Enjoy
