Warm and soft (or still oozing) goats cheese goes perfectly well with a simple salad with 63 deg poached egg.

Ingredients
- 150 gm Goats Cheese
- 30 gm Macadamia Nuts (crushed)
- 1 gm Sweet Paprika
- 0.5 tsp Salt
Method
- Slice cheese into 1cm thick slices
- Crush macadamia nuts (I use bullet type blender)
- Mix crushed nuts, paprika and salt in bowl on or plate.
- Roll the goats cheese around in the mixture gently.
- Once all pieces coated, place in fridge to chill, which will firm it up a little again.
- Heat coconut oil in pan and when hot, gently fry goats cheese till golden.
