Delicious side to a meal, or as a snack when friends come around, these Habanero Poppers can be hot if you have with seeds in like I prefer, but same recipie can be used for Jalapeno’s or remove seeds and heat will decrease.

Ingredients
- 2 Habanero Chillis (30 gm each)
- 40 gm Cream Cheese
- 20 gm Tasty Cheese
- 40 gm Prosciutto
Instructions
- Turn oven onto 200 deg C
- Slice a slit lengthwise into each habanero chilli
- If preferred, remove the seeds, I prefer to leave in.
- Mix cheeses in a bowl
- Squeeze chilli with one finger on top and one on bottom, allowing the chilli to open slightly.
- Spoon in 50% of the cheese mixture into each chilli, and then push closed
- Wrap chilli with prosciutto
- Place on oiled pan and bake in oven for 10-15 mins
