Seems to be the hot keto food at present so we have come up with our Real Food For Life version of a Chaffle.
Simple and tasty as a base for other items like our breakfast/lunch pictured, or as a complete breakfast on the run (see note below)

Ingredients

- 2 Freerange Eggs
- 1 tbsp Almond Meal
- 40 gm grated Parmagiano Reggiano (or other cheese to your liking)
- 0.5 tsp Baking Powder
- 0.5 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- Coconut Oil spray
Preparation
- Preheat waffle maker.
- Place all ingredients into blender (we prefer a bullet style) and blend well.
- When waffle maker is ready, spay with coconut oil or similar
- Pour batter into waffle maker and cook as per manufacturer’s instructions.
- When ready, top with your favorite ingredients
- Enjoy

Option
As an on the go snack, you can add chopped ham or bacon into the blender prior to making your chaffles.
Once out of the waffle iron, it gives you your complete ham (or bacon) and eggs in an easy to hold snack.
We have even added baby spinach into the blender. Dr Seuss would have been proud of our Green Eggs and Ham
