Lightly spiced ketogenic and paleo dinner which is great on it’s own or add a side of stir fried greens

Ingredients
- 400 gm Smoked Fish Fillets
- 2 x Large Eggs
- 4 x Bay Leaves
- 2 tbsp Crushed Ginger
- 1 Jalapeno Chilli
- 2 stalks Spring Onion
- 3 Coriander complete with roots
- 2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 2 tsp Turmeric
- 500 gm Cauliflower Rice
- 1 Lemon
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Boil water in a pan.
- Poach the fish fillets in it along with the bay leaves and eggs to simmer for 10 mins.
- In a separate pan, heat oil
- Add mustard seeds and turmeric and fry till seeds start popping
- Once popping, add chilli, ginger, coriander and spring onions
- Allow to cook down then add cauliflower rice and stir the spices through
- Add juice from lemon
- Once fish has poached, removed eggs from pan and set aside
- Remove fish and peel skin from flesh
- Break into big pieces and place on top of cauliflower rice mixture.
- Gently stir through keeping pieces as large as possible
- Add more lemon juice if needed
- Remove shell from eggs and cut into ¼’s placing on top
- Serve with chilli yoghurt

Chilli Yoghurt

- 50 gm Natural Greek Yoghurt
- 7.5 gm Sriracha Chilli Sauce
Instructions
- Place yoghurt in a bowl
- Add Sriracha and stir through
- Enjoy
