Quick, easy, nutritious and on budget dinner or lunch

Ingredients:
– 4 cups Chicken Bone Broth (homemade)
– 400gm Chicken Mince (we prefer to mince skin off chicken breast)
– 4 x Large Eggs (free range organic preferable)
– Pink Himalayan Salt
Method:
– Place 4 cups of chicken bone broth into saucepan and put on high heat.
– Add chicken mince and bring to boil, stirring often, ensuring mince if broken up.
– Prior to coming to the boil, add eggs and stir through
– Once eggs cooked to your liking, turn off heat, add salt and serve.
– Enjoy
