Was walking past a butchers yesterday and saw for the first time goat meat and always wanted to cook a goat curry, so bought some to try.
Glad I did as my keto goat adaptation of an old korma recipe I had was well worth it.
Will be made again, but also with goat being a lean meat, looking forward to more experimenting.
Hope you enjoy too
